ABOUT CYCLING ON PURPOSE

Start of RIM Ride Family Ride 2024

A CHALLENGE...ON PURPOSE

What started as a personal challenge and bold way of honoring his cousin who passed away unexpectedly from a heart condition in 2023 turned into a purpose for Cycling On Purpose Founder, Travis Scott, that is became much bigger than himself.

After declaring he would ride his cousin's bike 2,800 miles from Spokane, WA to Indianapolis, Travis began to imagine the ride becoming even more impactful toward change. A way to provide hope, encouragement, and a show of resiliency to those who need it most - the youth in our country battling crippling mental health issues.

In that moment, Travis discovered purpose. A way to do something meaningful that would help others, especially the most important segment of our population.

In finding a purpose, he also noticed that the depression he had been fighting for the past year and  a half began to fade. This made him even more determined to provide kids and teens with the tools and resources they need to find their own purpose in life and build resiliency to weather their storms.

He's stepping up to the challenge of being resilient in order to create positive change.

Will you join him?
